September S&P 500 E-Mini futures (ESU26) are up +0.19%, and September Nasdaq 100 E-Mini futures (NQU26) are up +0.31% this morning as sentiment improved after Pakistan signaled that the U.S. and Iran were nearing a deal.
Pakistan’s defense minister Khawaja Asif told reporters on Tuesday that the signals in the “last two-three days are that we are close to some sort of arrangement.” WTI crude prices gave up earlier gains and were little changed following Asif’s remarks.
