Stewartry RFC will be celebrating their 50th anniversary this weekend.
The fun kicks off tomorrow night with a sold-out ball and dinner before the Party on the Pitch festival at Greenlaw on Saturday.
The celebrations were due to take place two years ago but had to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Stewartry RFC’s Clare Dooley said: “It is geared towards families as we have music and children’s entertainment.
“We have face painting and a big inflatable obstacle course. We have three local bands playing and a DJ in between.”
The three bands performing are Shore Road, Sweet Craze and Torrs with Doonhamer Disco DJ keeping the fun going in between times.
Party on the Pitch takes place on Saturday and gets under way at 2pm.
