A Stewartry haulage firm has delivered a lorry load of aid to Ukraine.

The trailer from M&M Kerr in Castle Douglas set off from the town on Friday afternoon with Keith Halliday arriving at the Polish border with Ukraine in the early hours of Monday.

It took him 10 hours to clear customs and progress to Lviv where much needed food and water was unloaded.
