Stewart Milne Homes acquires 16-acre site to create a further 197 homes

Housebuilder Stewart Milne Homes has acquired a 16-acre site neighbouring its Dargavel Village development in Bishopton, Renfrewshire, to create a further 197 new homes.

The new site will comprise a mix of 135 one, three, four, five and six bedroom homes, as well as an additional 62 affordable homes.

The 16-acre plot was acquired for an undisclosed sum.
