Stevie Wonder announced as final headliner for BST Hyde Park

Stevie Wonder has been announced as the final headliner at this year’s London’s BST Hyde Park.

The 74-year-old legendary American singer-songwriter and producer is one of the best-selling artists of all time. He will take to the Great Oak Stage in the capital on July 12 as part of his run of LOVE, LIGHT & SONG UK tour dates, with support acts still to be announced.

This will mark the Isn’t She Lovely hit-maker’s third time playing the annual festival.

Wonder joins previously announced headliners for 2025; Olivia Rodrigo (27 June), Zach Bryan (June 28 and 29), Noah Kahan (July 4), Sabrina Carpenter (July 5 and 6) and Jeff Lynne’s ELO (July 13).

General tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday March 21 from Ticketmaster. Amex customers can access a pre-sale from the same time today (Monday March 17). More information can be found at bst-hydepark.com.

The stunning outdoor setting has a capacity of 65,000 people, making it London's largest live music venue.

The headliners are joined by other artists on a series of smaller stages throughout the festival which features a funfair along with many food, drink and merchandise options.

News of Wonder's headlining spot at BST Hyde Park comes after it was claimed that he was in advanced talks to also headline this year’s Glastonbury.

A source told The Sun: “Emily was so close to securing Stevie last year. The deal was basically done and his name was put on to the draft posters.

“When it fell apart because of his schedule, it was a nightmare for everyone involved - and Stevie was gutted.

“There is now the chance he could come back next summer to headline the Pyramid Stage. Talks are ongoing.”
