With that foundation, he built Southwest Recovery Services (SWRS) as an organization centered on inquiry, dialogue, and structure, demonstrating how careful communication and consistent processes may create meaningful results for everyone involved.
Long before he entered the financial services field, Dietz was shaped by the realities of physically demanding work in Texas. "Those early jobs taught me a lot about effort and staying steady," he shares. "I always had a sense that they were part of a longer path, and over time I started to see myself moving toward roles with more responsibility and the chance to create opportunities for my family."
