The No. 1 center in the 2020 class, Van Pran has anchored Georgia’s offensive line in back-to-back championship seasons.
Quarterback Stetson Bennett spoke about Van Pran’s impact in his Manning Award press conference on Monday.
“Sed is that constant. He’s that consistent. He doesn’t get hurt. He plays every single play and every single snap and he wants to,” Bennett said. “He’s going to help whoever — Carson (Beck), Brock (Vandagriff), Gunner (Stockton) — he’s going to help an extreme amount. If nothing more than the comfort level because he’s been on the biggest stage and the biggest games and he’s performed.”
Georgia will have to replace two starters and two reserves on its offensive line for the 2023 season, including left tackle Broderick Jones and right tackle Warren McClendon.
