Stereophonics and Sir Tom Jones will play Principality Stadium gigs under closed roof

Welsh legends Sir Tom Jones and Stereophonics are playing two nights at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff and will be bringing in tens of thousands of fans to the city. The gigs have been rescheduled from December 2021 after they were cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The two Welsh acts will be performing in the stadium on Friday, June, 17, and Saturday, June, 18. The Principality Stadium roof will be closed for this event meaning fans will stay dry whatever the weather.

The stadium roof can be opened for or closed for concerts depending on the show's production. As this concert requires some of the lighting to be rigged from the roof the roof will remain closed. For everything you need to know about the concert from set times to where to park read here.
