On Soi Phrom Si 1 (Sukhumvit 49/11 alley), Tops Fine Food Sukhumvit 49 catches all with a white building with a sleek and sophisticated design that exudes warmth. The roadside two-storey building with a parking lot upfront is also home to an all-day dining restaurant, Mr. French, which whips up breakfast, lunch and dinner.
