Liverpool midfielder Stefan Bajcetic has posted a positive update as he battles to return to full fitness for the club's pre-season preparations.
The Spaniard made his senior debut in the 9-0 demolition on Bournemouth at Anfield in August and quickly became a fans' favourite and firm option for Jurgen Klopp's starting XI.
At the turn of the year, he was handed an extended run in the team, but his campaign was ended prematurely after picking up an adductor injury in March.

As the Liverpool squad enjoy some downtime after finishing fifth in the Premier League and on the back of an 11-game unbeaten run, Bajcetic posted a one-word Instagram story on Monday, which teased his return to action.
He posted a picture of gym equipment with a scenic background accompanied with the caption: "Soon."
"A top player. It's a joy to work with him," Klopp said in February of the 18-year-old. "The mix of Serbia and Spain is good for his football. He's an intelligent boy.
"Interesting that his dad and Thiago's dad played together. Thiago took him under his wing. An absolute joy."
This summer is set to be a busy one at Anfield as the Reds' recruitment staff get to work over bolstering the ranks. Alexis Mac Allister is seemingly edging closer to becoming the club's first signing of the summer.
Whatever happens in the transfer market, there is likely to be a sterner competition for a starting spot in midfield. But for Bajcetic, he is making his first steps to returning to the fold and hopefully back to his best.
