The Pittsburgh Steelers have gotten off to a miserable start against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. To compound just how poor the team has performed, the team now could be without its top defensive lineman.
During the television broadcast, sideline reporter Pam Oliver reported that Heyward is out with a groin injury and is questionable to return. This is in addition to defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi who is playing while dealing with a foot injury.
