Originally, the Pittsburgh Steelers were scheduled to practice on Sunday, but it is being reported now that the team has canceled Sunday practice in favor of some team building while the rest of the NFL wraps up the preseason.
Pittsburgh wrapped up its preseason on Thursday night with a 24-0 win over the Atlanta Falcons. This left the team with four days before they have to cut the roster from 90 down to 53. Sunday won’t have anything to do with the evaluation process, but it will give the coaches an opportunity to work on their plan for roster cuts.

The team plans to resume their normal practice schedule on Monday. Pittsburgh kicks off its regular season on September 10 against the San Francisco 49ers at Acrisure Stadium.
