Green Party Minister Ossian Smyth has warned that that children can bring disposable vapes that look like highlighters to school in their pencil cases.
He made the comments as he launched a public consultation calling for disposable e-cigarettes to be banned.
He explained that while disposable vapes are currently recyclable, the electric components in them make them highly flammable if not disposed of properly.
