April is almost here, but there’s still time to take advantage of a deal that Starbucks and Delta are offering.
If you are a member of Starbucks Rewards’ loyalty program, as well as Delta SkyMiles’ frequent flier points program, you have until April 1st to link your accounts.

Once you have done that, then for every dollar spent at Starbucks (SBUX), Delta loyalty members will earn one mile, and Starbucks loyalty members will earn double Stars, or Starbucks points, on purchases made on days they’re flying with Delta (DAL).
However, the purchases have to be food, drinks, or merchandise to earn bonus miles, and Starbucks gift cards won’t count. Purchases can be made through the app and in-store, and the program is available to loyalty newbies and longtime members.
If you link by tomorrow, you will get a 500 bonus SkyMiles, and as soon as you make a Starbucks purchase, you’ll get an extra 200 Stars. So if you’re interested, you can do that at deltastarbucks.com.
After agreeing to the terms and conditions, your accounts will automatically be joined. To get the points and miles, AFAR notes, purchases must be made either by using a linked payment method or preloaded Starbucks Card registered to your Starbucks Rewards account. You also have the option to scan your barcode located in the Starbucks mobile app prior to completing checkout.
