Manchester United fans have welcomed Jadon Sancho back with open arms after he scored the equaliser in a thrilling clash with Leeds United.
Erik ten Hag revealed before the game that Sancho had been ill earlier this week and that had ruled him out from starting against the Reds' fierce rivals. When the Englishman would eventually be introduced to the game on the hour mark, the Reds were in the midst of an uphill battle.
Wilfried Gnonto had given the managerless side the lead inside the opening minute. This advantage was doubled three minutes after the break when Crysencio Summerville's effort was deflected into his own goal by Raphael Varane.

Just moments after a double change which saw Facundo Pellistri introduced alongside Sancho, United had a goal back when Marcus Rashford powered a header home. And the comeback, in more ways than one, was complete on the 70th minute.
Cutting inside, Sancho's effort somehow found the back of the net to level the scores. The England international raced away in celebration before copying Rashford's celebration by pointing to his head.
Fans both at home and in the ground were clearly delighted for the former Dortmund man. Here is what supporters had to say on Twitter.
