Defense attorneys are banking on Bradley's testimony to contradict the prosecutors regarding the timeline of the relationship. After a closed-door meeting with Judge Scott McAfee, it was revealed that some of Bradley's previous refusals to answer questions were not protected by attorney-client privilege. This led to an emergency hearing where Bradley was called back to the stand for further questioning.
