Does Staples offer free shipping?
Yes, Staples offers free next day shipping on most orders without a minimum spend. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, any fees will be calculated at the checkout on a per-item basis.
What is Staples Easy Rewards?
Staples Easy Rewards is the brand's loyalty scheme which lets customers earn points on every purchase. Its free to join, and you'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, with additional points earned when you recycle old tech. Once you're a member, you can also choose 3 categories to assign as bonus points categories, meaning you'll earn double points whenever you purchase items that fall under that category. You can start redeeming points when you have 200 or more, with 10,000 points being worth $50 off your next order.
Does Staples accept returns?
Customers can send most items back to Staples within 14 days to arrange a refund or exchange. Different categories of items have different returns periods. For example, furniture and tech have a 14-day returns period, whilst products covered by AppleCare+ can be returned within 30 days, and office supplies can be returned at any time. Note that digital software and prepaid cards cannot be returned or refunded, and ink & toner must be unopened to qualify. Check the Staples website for more details.
