Stag nights are known for getting wild and often include some costume choices that draw attention to the fact that the party entering a pub are ready for a night of debauchery before their friend gets married.
However, one group from Sligo on a stag night in Limerick City have gone viral after a member of the party stood outside a popular Limerick pub in such a spot-on Enoch Burke costume that it left customers wondering if it was the real deal or not.
The costume is based on a picture of Burke standing outside Wilson's Hospital secondary school, which was also immortalised on a card for Valentine’s Day.

The picture of the Mayo teacher did the rounds on social media after the dismissed teacher made national headlines in recent weeks due to the standoff with his old school.
To commemorate the now-iconic picture of Burke standing outside the gates of the school, a member of the stag party in Limerick posed outside the pub with the same expression as Burke.
Speaking to the Irish Mirror, a worker at Mother Macs, a well-known cosy Limerick pub where some of the stag do took place, explained: "They were in Limerick for the weekend and called into Mother Macs on Friday and Saturday night.
"On Saturday night they went greyhound racing and spent the evening experiencing Limerick's vibrant night-time economy. I believe they really enjoyed the city.
"A great group of lads and the stag himself was good fun and obviously has a very close likeness to a person in the media at the moment.
"Customers and passers-by stopped and took photos, it was all taken in good fun. The likeness is so good it had a number of people asking the question is it or isn’t it?"
