She gave birth to beautiful baby daughter Belle last month, and Stacey Solomon has since been sharing about her parenting journey with a newborn. The mother-of-five this weekend posted a jokey speech of thanks as she found time to wash her hair for their first time in three weeks.
The down-to-earth Loose Women star, 33, had a laugh with her Instagram followers as she posted a video of herself enjoying her freshly washed locks. Stacey laughed as she gave a 'thank you' speech to those who have 'stood by her' and unwashed tresses, including her husband Joe Swash.
"Just me making a thank you speech to everyone who's stuck by me and my greaseball hair for the last three weeks," she typed with a laughing emoji. She added: "I feel emotional about it honestly. I feel like I should make a speech it's been that long."

And she went on to joke: "I want to thank my husband for sleeping next to me night after night and not asking for a divorce." She added: "The smell can't have been easy to sleep in." Stacey said "I do" with former EastEnders star Joe last July at their home Pickle Cottage, where she gave birth to Belle and their eldest daughter Rose in October 2021.
Sharing a photo of herself cuddling Belle, doting mum Stacey wrote: "These night time cuddles ar my favourite." And pointing out her daughter's head of dark hair, she asked: "I still can't get over her thick dark hair will it fall out? does it always fall out?"
Last weekend she shared her struggle as she tried out a new look. "I just need to know the answer to this because it's bugging me," she said. "I've scraped my hair back into a bun today becausie I keep seeing people do it."
Stacey, with an arm and hand concealing her head, said: "I've seen Molly-Mae do it and she looks so beautiful. I call it newborn fresh." She explained: "Like, you've got a newborn so you just scrape your hair back and chuck it in a bun and you just look really pretty and natural and it pulls all your face back. Beautiful."
Stacey then whipped her arm away to reveal her hair was scraped back into a bun on top of her head. "Why when I do it do I look like Miss Trunchbull?" she asked comically. "Why?"
Stacey continued jokingly: "Why don't I look like newborn fresh like Molly-Mae? I look like I'm going to shove my newborn into a chokie? Why doesn't it suit me?"
And she asked in fits of laughter: "It it my face? is it because I've got a long face? I just need to know." Stacey also appealed to first-time new mum Molly-Mae Hague with a laughing emoji: "Can you send me a newborn slick back hair tutorial please @mollymae."
