Stacey Solomon has surprised fans by revealing she actually has six siblings they never see. Those who follow the life of the Loose Women star know she has a sister named Jemma as they regularly appear on each other's social channels.
However, when Stacey spoke to her social media followers about her gym journey, they were more surprised to hear her mention a different sister. Taking to her Instagram Story, the mum-of-five shared the adorable moment her son became her cheerleader as she stuck to her vow of becoming a keen gym goer.
Stacey has seen been giving sporadic updates on her exercise journey after dusting off some equipment in her rarely-used home gym back in May. But on Monday (July 3), after some silence when it comes to her new workout regime, the 33-year-old shared a fresh update before she jetted back off to Scotland for yet more filming for her BBC One show, Sort Your Life Out.

Stacey was in the gym with her youngest son Rex, who she shares with her former EastEnders star husband Joe Swash, and appeared strong and in control as she was seen partaking in what appeared to be some bicep exercises. Stacey looked incredible in the video as she wore a pair of green jogging bottoms with a matching green sports bra.
Sharing the video to her millions of followers on her Instagram Stories, she wrote: "Lots of you asking for gym updates... I've been going almost every day. At this point, I'm a little addicted. I don't want to stop and lose how hard I've worked! I squeeze it in WHENEVER I can."
She then added: "I finally plucked up the courage to ask my biggest sister to help me! She's an actual trainer and it may sound silly because she's my sister and bloody lovely, but I didn't want to ask her until I'd got myself to a point where I felt stronger."
And later, after heading off to the airport to return to filming in Scotland, Stacey addressed some of the messages from her followers which included: "Wait what?? There's another sister?? We need to meet her."
In her follow-up video, Stacey said: "Oh my god loads of you are like, 'I did not know you had another sister! Where have you been hiding her?'" She then giggled as she explained: "She’s actually my step-sister, but I would never call her that because we grew up together so she’s my sister."
"All together, there’s like seven of us. We were a really big blended family. So I’ve got one step-sister, two step-brothers, my brother and sister. And then my dad and step-mum had another baby so I’ve got my half-brother.
"And I call them all my brothers and sisters. I’d never call them my steps just because it feels weird because we actually grew up like brothers and sisters." Stacey did say that her previously mentioned ‘secret’ sister had featured on her Instagram "years ago", but said that she’s "quite quiet and shy" but will try to introduce her during their next training session.
Meanwhile, Stacey's husband Joe Swash has described the pair as being "addicted" to children. The couple, who have been married a year this month, are parents to six kids. Joe has son Harry, 16, from a previous relationship, while Stacey is mum to sons Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11.
Together, Stacey and Joe have Rex, four, Rose, 20 months, and baby daughter Belle, who was born in February. And speaking to OK!, Joe revealed that, despite being “at number six now”, the couple have no plans to put making babies on hold.
"The baby bit goes so fast, and then before you know it, they’re toddlers – then you yearn for babies again. We’re slightly addicted to babies – it’s so nice to be needed. You think, six has to be it, but I’d never say never," Joe said.
Wondering when fans may want to expect another baby announcement, Joe said: "They’re only babies for three or four years before Stacey starts wanting another one, so I have to make the most of it now!” However, Stacey did recently say the pair were taking "every precaution" to not fall pregnant again.
