Heavily pregnant Stacey Solomon has shared an unusual trick that she hopes will help to kick-start her labour.
The mum-of-four is expecting a second daughter to husband Joe Swash. She announced the news on Instagram with a video of her surprising former EastEnders actor, Joe, with a positive pregnancy test back in December, just after Christmas.
The couple said that the pregnancy was a "huge surprise" but there wasn't long left to go before they would be meeting their little bundle of joy. Now, as February is approaching, Stacey is still very much pregnant.

But it appears the little one could arrive at any time, and the 33-year-old TV presenter is trying her best to speed things up. She shared an image to her Instagram stories on Friday showing her squatting down in loungewear while cupping a warm drink.
Stacey wrote: "Happy Friday. From me squatting at every opportunity just to try and let gravity do some of the work before labour kicks in.
"Did anyone else do this? Or am I just a weirdo? Joe thinks it's hilarious!"
Stacey then filmed a video to her fans explaining that she thought her new arrival would be here by now. She said: "Still cooking, still going. I think because Rex and Rose were a little bit early I automatically just assumed she'd be here by now because you know the more you have the more they slip and slide out, well that's what I thought anyway, but that's not the case.
"She's very comfy and cosy in there and I'm quite enjoying it actually because I feel like this pregnancy has been shorter, so it's nice to keep going and tie off all my loose ends and just get ready a little bit as well, which is lovely.
Stacey revealed yesterday that her unborn child would be a little girl. After being inundated with messages from fans asking about the gender she decided to finally tell them.
She shared a sweet picture of her and daughter Rose as she wrote: "When Rose Found Out She’s Going To Have A… Sister." She added: "So excited to share with you that we are going to be saying hello to another darling daughter soon."
