Stacey Solomon opened up about her grief since losing her precious dog, Theo, on Boxing Day last year, and shared the "little moments" she wishes Theo was still here for.
On ITV's Loose Women yesterday, Stacey spoke to her fellow co-stars over a video call from her home, with her two pet dogs curled up on her lap.
The panel were discussing the pain of losing a pet and the overwhelming grief that many people experience afterwards.
Speaking about her loss, Stacey said: "It's the little things that you don't realise you're going to miss - like them following you to the toilet or barking when someone knocks at the door."

Stacey shared how she nicknamed Theo her "nanny" because she "helped out with all the kids" around the house and "loved them" just as much as her.
Speaking about the 11-year-old dog's death, Stacey said: "She still is a huge hole in our hearts and our lives, and we miss her so much."
Stacey could relate to other pet owners going through the grieving process and admitted that you can't really understand the pain until you've "lived and loved animals" yourself.
As she finished off her sentence, her new baby daughter Rose began to cry out and adorably interrupted the show.
Many fans took to Twitter to praise Stacey for talking so honestly about the topic.
One viewer said: "I've lost 2 girls, I adored them both, nothing can compare to the pain of pet [dying] especially when they sit with you when your down, it's so painful. Stacey Solomon, I know the pain and fair play to you thank you for highlighting what it feels like."
Stacey announced the passing of her beloved dog on Instagram last year in a post that read: "Sweet Dreams Theo. The best friend we could have ever wished for. Our hearts are broken.
"Yesterday at home in our arms we had to say goodnight to our Theo. 11 wonderful years. We were so lucky to love you Fifi and we will never stop.
"My lap has never felt so empty. I miss you so much already. My little girl. But oh my goodness the memories and the love you brought into our lives.
"Thank you for everything Theo. For protecting me and the boys when we needed it most. For loving us no matter what and for holding on for so long and waiting to meet your little sister Rose.
"Rex has had the best friend in you that he could ever have wished for and the boys have had the best protector in the whole wide world.
"Even though Rex is only little I know him, Zachary and Leighton will never ever forget you. Peanut is missing his cuddle buddy very much so we are trying to make it up to him in our cuddles but I know it’s just not the same.
"Too the moon and back Theo. Forever. Sleep tight, my beautiful little lady."
