Stacey Solomon has shared the adorable moment her son became her cheerleader as she stuck to her vow of becoming a keen gym goer. Back at the start of May the Loose Women star gave fans a glimpse inside the work out room at her stunning home for the first time.
Stacey, 33, vowed to make a change after venturing into the Pickle Cottage gym. However, the mum-of-five compared the cobweb-filled space to Mrs Haversham's home after neglecting the area. However, it wasn't quite like as is seen in the Dickens novel.
The room, which had been branded in large white writing on the floor spelling out 'Pickles Gym', had simply been left to collect dust - as did the exercise equipment acquired by former EastEnders star Joe. Typing alongside a video posted to her millions of followers on her Instagram Story, Stacey said of the gym space in a typed message: "It’s like Mrs Havesham’s house. Nothing has been used in here since Joe bought it. So I’m cleaning it all out."

It is then she made a vow. "I’m going to try and use it every day. If I don’t for the next month then the whole lot is going to charity. Because it’s such a waste! I hate the gym tbh but I hate waste more so maybe this will be good for me."
Stacey has seen been giving sporadic updates on her exercise journey but on Monday (July 3), after some silence when it comes to her new workout regime, the mum-of-five shared a fresh update before she jetted back off to Scotland for yet more filming for her BBC One show, Sort Your Life Out.
Stacey was in the gym with her youngest son Rex, who she shares with her former EastEnders star husband Joe Swash, and appeared strong and in control as she was seen partaking in what appeared to be some bicep exercises. Stacey looked incredible in the video as she wore a pair of green jogging bottoms with a matching green sports bra.
Meanwhile, her long blonde locks had been tied up in a bun making sure it was out of her face as she got to working up a sweat. Sharing the video to her millions of followers on her Instagram Stories, she wrote: "Lots of you asking for gym updates... I've been going almost every day.
"At this point, I'm a little addicted. I don't want to stop and lose how hard I've worked! I squeeze it in WHENEVER I can and I finally plucked up the courage to ask my biggest sister to help me! She's an actual trainer and it may sound silly because she's my sister and bloody lovely, but I didn't want to ask her until I'd got myself to a point where I felt stronger."
Stacey went on to heap the praise on her sister. Stacey told her followers: "She's been amazing, I'll get her on my stories to say hi next time she's here." At the top of her video, Stacey had written the words 'gym time' before saying: "with the best cheerleader ever" with a crying emoji.
The former X Factor finalist and I'm A Celebrity Queen of the Jungle was referring to Rex who could be heard shouting support for his mum as she worked out. The four-year-old could be heard sweetly shouting: "Come on mummy," before adding: "I love you," as Stacey told him she loved him too. He then ran up to his mum as she picked him up for a huge cuddle when she finished her workout.
