Stacey Solomon was quick to call herself out for being a 'catfish' as she shared a sneak peek at her latest project with a series of 'pretty' images. It comes after the Loose Women star panicked her fans and she was forced to respond.
In one of her latest videos posted to her millions of followers on her Instagram Story, Stacey could be seen in an off-the-shoulder pink jumper with her long blonde locks perfectly curled as she prepared to head out for a photoshoot. The mum-of-four appeared to be in a rush as she sprayed on some deodorant and brushed her teeth quickly as she spoke to her fans about being 'rubbish' on social media of late.
Stacey promised that her much-loved crafty content and home videos would be back more often again soon and put her lack of updates on being busy. "I'm just getting ready for a shoot," she said with her toothbrush in her mouth. "I've been so rubbish on her lately, I know. I've been so busy I've just not had time to do anything."
She added: "As soon as I get this week out the way, I'm going to get started and get my autumn on." As she finished her teeth and went on the move, she laughed: "I'm out of breath and I've only brushed my teeth and walked three steps. What is wrong with me?" Stacey also shared a lengthy caption on the video explaining she'll be 'better' on social media and get stuck into her usual autumn content.
But it appears the 33-year-old's 5.4 million were left disturbed by her actions in the video. As she spoke to the camera, Stacey finished brushing her teeth without actually spitting out her toothpaste and swallowing it instead. Despite being busy, Stacey returned to Instagram with a follow-up video as messages from her followers appeared to catch her attention.
The Sort Your Life Out and Bake Off: The Professionals host confessed in a follow-up video: "I did. I had a moment of realisation where I was like 'I definitely can't spit this out.'" She laughed into the camera as she added: "I'm going to have to eat it. I'm sorry. I was just trying to do 500 things at once and I'm rubbish at it. My breakfast this morning is toothpaste," she joked before the video abruptly ended.
It didn't phase her, however, as she later returned to social media to share a behind-the-scenes look at the secret project she had been working on. "Shoot Day for something special," she typed alongside a video taken from behind the camera of her filming. "It's been a long, but exciting day...
"I can't wait to get home to the pickles now. Happy Tuesday everyone I hope you had a lovely day," she added as she dazzled in the clip with her shiny blonde locks and fresh pink-toned make-up. She then shared a photo of herself in a plunging white jumper which she accessorised with small pieces of gold jewellery.
"Your messages are sooo lovely. What a confidence boost. Thank you," the former X Factor star wrote before adding a bit of a disclaimer. "Just know I am a catfish [crying laughing emoji]. This is lots of hair and makeup, very bright lights and a great camera crew [crying laughing emoji]." She then joked: "I do not wake up like this."
Stacey also decided to take the moment to share a bunch of images to her main Instagram grid. "Today I felt really pretty," the TV star typed. "Sometimes I really don’t... Going to enjoy the feeling while it lasts. Happy Tuesday Everyone. Lots of love." And her followers were soon flooding her with compliments.
Former X Factor and I'm A Celeb star Jake Quickenden replied: "Go on girl." In The Style founder Adam Frisby commented: " Ahh you look gorgeous Stace." Bestie and social media influencer Mrs Hinch wrote: "Woah beautifully FIT. Love you." And her new husband Joe Swash added: "Love u," with a flame emoji.
