Stacey Solomon says she is feeling nervous and torn over her wedding day plans as she is due to walk down the aisle with fiancé Joe Swash in just three months time.
The 32-year-old Loose Women star will be swapping vows for the very first time when she and 40-year-old Joe tie-the-knot in front of family and friends in a stunning garden setting.
But as the big day draws nearer, Stacey admits she is panicking about the details that still need to be finalised and confesses she is experiencing pre-wedding nerves.
Taking to Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Stacey gave fans a sneak preview of her incredible outdoor wedding venue which includes a huge walkway leading to a a bench.
Her plan is to walk down the aisle under a canopy of tree braces, leaves and flowers before greeting her lover to officially become husband and wife.
But it sounds like there is still much to be done before the big day.
Stacey shared video of her wedding venue and wrote alongside the footage: “This morning I has to meet with the caterers, florists & everyone in between because I almost forgot we are getting married in three months time.
“We are on the last part now. The Isle. And my sister just put a load of candles in my kitchen jars at the bottom where we are going to stand and I am crying.
“My whole stomach is turning over. And for some reason I’m so nervous.”
She then posted that she had an ‘aisle dilemma’, writing: “Should we just get married half way down the isle? [sic] Because it’s such a long walk.
“Is it too long? I’m scared to walk that far in front of everyone. I think I’ll just end up falling over or laughing at how long it’s taking me to get down the isle [sic]. But I love the end of the arches. Help!”
And sharing more footage, Stacey declared: “It’s quite a long walk. It’s quite a way to go! I don’t know if I trust myself!”
Panning the camera around, Stacey let out a nervous giggle as she showed off what did indeed look like a very long garden walkway leading up to her planned wedding venue.
Mum-of-four Stacey has been engaged to Joe since he popped the question on Christmas Eve in 2020 after five years of dating.
The couple have two children together – with their son, Rex, born in May 2019, and their baby daughter, Rose, arriving in October last year.
Stacey shares her eldest son, 14-year-old Zachary, with her ex-boyfriend Dean Cox and her second son, nine-year-old Leighton, with her ex-fiancé Aaron Barnham.
The upcoming wedding will also be the first for Joe – who was previously engaged to Emma Sophocleous, but the pair split in 2008 before the ever walked down the aisle and after three years of dating.
Joe and Emma share a 13-year-old son named Harry and Stacey is his step mother.
