Stacey Solomon was left laughing to her fans as she shared how she was embracing her 'bulge' following a trip to the gym. The Loose Women star recently said she was 'addicted' to working out after making a vow to make the most of her home gym.
Back at the start of May Stacey gave fans a glimpse inside the workout room at her stunning Essex-based home for the first time. The 33-year-old compared what was a cobweb-filled space to Mrs Haversham's home after neglecting the area. The room, which had been branded with large white writing on the floor spelling out 'Pickles Gym', had simply been left to collect dust - as did the exercise equipment acquired by her husband Joe Swash.
It is then she made a vow. "I’m going to try and use it every day. If I don’t for the next month then the whole lot is going to charity. Because it’s such a waste! I hate the gym tbh but I hate waste more so maybe this will be good for me."

But Stacey is currently away from home having been back and forth between Essex and Scotland where she has been filming a new episode of her BBC One show Sort Your Life Out. And the mum-of-five looked incredible as she posed for a selfie posted on Instagram after completing her first session inside a proper gym since deciding to focus on her fitness.
"Never thought I'd be this person but straight up and in the gym, who am I?" Stacey typed alongside the snap with a few crying laughing emojis. The image showed Stacey taking a phone selfie in the gym mirror, surrounded by a rack of dumbbells and various other equipment.
She had tied her long blonde hair into two braids and sported a green co-ord gym set which featured a sports bra-style crop top and cycling shorts. But Stacey had posted a text box over her bottom half in at attempt to hide her "unusually big noonie", she said.
The former X Factor finalist and Queen of the Jungle then continued: "Also putting this text box here because I look like I've got an unusually big noonie? Like is it the shorts or is it just me? Why do I always look like I'm wearing a jockstrap."
But Stacey was soon made to feel less uncomfortable about her appearance in the gym gear as fans rushed to send her direct messages in response to her post, admitting that they too have the same issue when wearing cycling shorts.
She shared some of her fans' replies on her story and shared a video saying that they are "actual life" and the "best messages ever" and was helping her to embrace her private parts.
"Your messages are actual life. Like sometimes I think 'oh maybe I shouldn't say that' because it's a bit too much information, but then loads of you are messaging me like 'yes same Stacey, I get the noonie bulge as well,''" she said as she filmed herself in the mirror.
Stacey added: "I see other people's gym pictures, and I do look, and maybe I shouldn't, but I do look and I think - where's your noonie though? Where is your noonie in them shorts? like why is mine so out there, do you know what I mean. And then I thought, I shouldn't really hide it in my pictures, I should be proud of my nun-bulge, so I thought there you go, there's my nun-bulge."
