Stacey Solomon has finally introduced fans to her 'hidden' sister after she surprised her loyal followers by revealing her actual family tree. Last week, the Loose Women star was giving fans an update on her gym routine when she mentioned her older sister.
In the previous social media videos, Stacey could be seen in the gym with her youngest son Rex, who she shares with her former EastEnders star husband Joe Swash, and appeared strong and in control as she was seen partaking in what appeared to be some bicep exercises.
Stacey looked incredible in the video as she wore a pair of green jogging bottoms with a matching green sports bra. Sharing the video to her millions of followers on her Instagram Stories, she wrote: "Lots of you asking for gym updates... I've been going almost every day. At this point, I'm a little addicted. I don't want to stop and lose how hard I've worked! I squeeze it in WHENEVER I can."
