It can be hard to let go of possessions that mean a lot to you and one family on the BBC One Show, Sort Your Life Out with Stacey Solomon, leaves the presenter shocked by the sheer number of items in their house, including more than 1,000 toys, 437 dvds, 200 hair bows and 59 hairbrushes.
On the show, Stacey and her team help families who have a lot of clutter clear out their houses and create clean and spacious homes.
