The Loose Women star explained she often feels uncomfortable documenting her lifestyle given the cost of living crisis with millions across the UK struggling to keep afloat.
Stacey, her husband Joe Swash and their children flew off to Abu Dhabi in February. She shared some beautifully shot photos and videos from her time away, including a video of son Rex getting freshly made chocolate pancakes for breakfast.
