There's not much Stacey Solomon can do without it being picked up by her millions of loyal followers.
And that includes getting away with her morning brew.
The Loose Women star regularly shares a 'good morning' post with her five million followers on Instagram as she keeps them updated on everything from her home renovations, to her work schedules, and her family life.
But her most recent wake-up call didn't sit well with her fans - and Stacey was forced to defend herself.

Looking out at the sprawling countryside viewers from her home, Pickle Cottage, the 32-year-old lifted her glass cup to show her morning cuppa.
But she was soon receiving messages over her dark-looking morning drink and decided to defend herself.
"It's not my fault my tea looks gross," she said in a video on her Instagram Story. "There was none of my good teabags left and some people don't like to do a food shop."
And she made it clear she was talking about her fiance Joe Swash who was sat behind her in their home with their baby daughter, Rose.
"Many of you are like: 'Welcome back Stace. Why does your tea look so disgusting?'" the mum-of-four explained
"In my defence, some people don't like to do a food shop when I'm away so there was one drop of milk left."
Joe, 40, then said: "Do you know I'm right behind you yeah?"
To which Stacey told her other half: "Yeah. I want people to know 'some people' is you. But it's good to be back, milk or no milk."
Stacey is due to make her TV return this week as she heads back to the Loose Women panel following her maternity leave.
It will come as a relief to fans after they were left worried about her whereabouts as ITV celebrated International Women's Day.
Twenty-seven female TV stars from Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning, and Loose Women joined together to mark the upcoming celebration on March 8.
The group - which included Lorraine Kelly, Holly Willoughby, Kate Garraway, Alison Hammond, and Charlene White - were all pictured together dressed in different shades of red, pink, maroon, and orange to celebrate the occasion.
Fans of the programmes quickly pointed out Stacey's absence with ITV having to issue a statement, explaining the TV star was on maternity leave at the time of the shoot.
Stacey returned to work in January, three months after she gave birth to her first daughter, Rose.
The baby girl was born on Stacey's 32nd birthday in October at the family home.
