Stacey Solomon has been targeted by cruel mum-shaming trolls in the comments of her latest Instagram post as fans rushed to defend the star.
The Loose Women star, 33, posted an adorable photo of herself, her husband Joe Swash and her five children all wearing lilac outfits – with the exception of her youngest tot Belle, who was dressed in white.
After washing her hair for the first time since giving birth, Stacey grinned a she cradled the newborn while Joe, 41, smiled with their daughter Rose, one, on his shoulders.
Meanwhile Rex pulled a funny face at the front of the group shot while Stacey's older sons Zachary and Leighton smiled while wearing lilac tracksuits.
As she posted the photo on her Instagram page Sort Your Life Out host Stacey wrote in the caption: "My whole heart is bursting
"Feeling like the actual Brady Bunch
"Happy Sunday from our crazy family to yours
"And yes I washed my hair today so I told everyone to find something purple and mark the occasion with a family photo".
Many took to the comments to gush over the sweet family snap as one wrote: "Joy, total joy. Don’t get me wrong, o have 5 kids so know this is just a snapshot and the reality is mostly chaos. But joyous all the same xx".
Another added: "A family full of love , fun and craziness! Just pure perfection" while a third pointed out Rex's new do as they said: "Just gorgeous and Rex has had his haircut again, looks proper grown up".
But, some critics were left questioning why Joe's son Harry, from his relationship with ex Emma Sophocleous, wasn't included in the snap.
"Joe's boy should be included in this!," one wrote.
Another said: "It must be hard videoing every day , why is joes son not in any off your pictures".
And a third added: "Blended family just feel a bit gutted for Joe's son...unless his mum doesn't want him involved in anything".
"Lovely photo. Shame joes son was not in the photo," another wrote.
Fans defended Stacey as one said: "his mum doesn’t want him on social media so they respect her wishes".
Another added: "unnecessary comment everyone knows his mum doesn't want him on social media so it's respected. Don't try and stir toxic comments".
"his mum doesn't want him posted on social media. Which is understandable and stacey respects that. So you may see him on Joe's once in a blue moon but very rarely on his either," a third urged.
Stacey previously discussed the "complicated" reason behind Harry's absence in past social media shares.
Speaking in a video in December 2019, Stacey explained in an Instagram story video why her stepson didn't feature in a festive photo of the family.
The TV star said: "I got loads and loads of comments, and I get these comments quite a lot, asking about all of our children in my photos.
"Unfortunately it’s not something I’m able to do, otherwise I’d do it all the time.
"All the kids are a massive part of our lives, obviously, and we love them all equally and adore them and, behind the scenes, they’re very much on every stocking, in every book, in every photo.
"But publicly that’s not something that I can do and I totally respect that.
"We respect everyone’s wishes, we’re a blended family and sometimes that’s a bit more complicated than it seems. I don’t know if that’s the best way to explain it!"
