Stacey Solomon breaks silence as fans claim she may have already given birth

Television star Stacey Solomon has addressed speculation that she may have secretly welcomed her fifth child.

The presenter who is currently awaiting the birth of her child has apologised to her social media followers after becoming relatively quiet across her online platforms.

Stacey, 33, is known for sharing aspects of her life with her followers on Instagram on a regular basis but in recent days has refrained from sharing on the photo-sharing app.

Her legion of dedicated followers soon began speculating that she and Joe may have secretly welcomed their third child but Stacey was keen to shut down any speculation.

In view of her 5.5 million followers, she said: "So many of you were like, 'Stace, don’t do that to us, you've been quiet for a few days and we thought you'd given birth.'

"Sorry, I'm very much still full-term pregnant, I just really wanted to try and make it to a couple of days before the baby comes."

Stacey continued: "I know I can't control it, but my midwife was like, 'If you want a chance of getting to those days, calm the hell down and don't do anything silly.'

"So I've been trying to rest and I made it to today, which I'm so excited about."

The soon-to-be mum-of-five went on to say: "Basically, my first collection of the year for In The Style we're going to shoot today.

"And I really wanted to get to today because I know that I'm not going to have another collection for quite a while because I'm going to take some time off for the baby.

"But yeah, I'm going to shoot that today."

Stacey who found fame on The X Factor added: "This is from there, it's the nicest collection ever.

"It's not maternity, I had no idea I was going to be pregnant when we started making this - let alone full-term pregnant! But I've sized up a few and it still works and I can't wait to show you, I'm going to get ready!"

Stacey recently became emotional after her youngest son Rex asked if he could have his hair cut, as she broke down in tears as the tot said he wanted to look like his big brother.

She told her social media followers that Rex had asked for "A Zachy haircut," leaving both her and Joe emotional while at the barber salon watching his luscious blonde locks being chopped.
