Stacey Solomon opened up to fans with a candid post about how she feels about her appearance.
The Loose Women presenter, 33, took to Instagram on Tuesday [October 11] to share a trio of stunning selfies with her 5.4million loyal followers on the social media platform - admitting she 'doesn't always feel pretty' so is enjoying feeling good about herself 'while it lasts'.
Looking beautiful in a white blouse as she posed for the professional pictures, the mum-of-four wore a simple gold necklace and matching earrings for the snaps and kept her makeup minimal and understated - sporting a slick of nude lipstick and subtle false eyelashes.
"Today I felt really pretty. Sometimes I really don’t... Going to enjoy the feeling while it lasts [laughing-face emoji] Happy Tuesday Everyone. Lots of love," Stacey captioned the collection of pictures to her followers, as her fans and famous friends rushed to comment on her update.
"Love u," husband Joe Swash gushed under his wife's selfies, while Stacey's BFF Mrs Hinch wrote: "Woah [ fire emoji] beautifully FIT [kiss-face emoji] love you xx."
"Oh stunning Stacey the nations sweetheart , your [sic] absolutely beautiful inside and out with and without make up , you have a pure heart and a pure soul and we all love you for you," one complimentary fan told the star on Tuesday, with another adding: "Stunning! You always look beautiful but here you have found your light."
Stacey noted the hundreds of comments from her followers on Wednesday, writing "These messages. Thank you" underneath her original caption as she address the many compliments.
Speaking with journalist Bryony Gordon last year, the TV star opened up about her self-esteem and how she feels about her looks.
"I used to just walk around, I thought I was so pretty - I still think I'm alright. I don't think there's anything wrong with me," Stacey explained on the Mad World podcast.
"But when I had Zach, I was not looking my best because I'd just had a baby and was not sleeping. I thought I'd snap back and would look like Penelope Cruz or something.
She continued to recall: "I remember being on holiday and was walking around and my sister was like 'Stace, you've got half an eyebrow... your stretch marks are coming out of your bikini, your boobs don't think in there...why are you walking around like a supermodel?' but I was like 'I think I look nice'.
"I don't think there's anything wrong with me and it's only ever society that's ever made me feel there's something wrong with me I guess," Stacey mused on the podcast.
Earlier this month, the popular presenter opened up about her family life with comedians Rob Beckett and Josh Widdicombe on their podcast - admitting blending families with husband Joe has been a 'rocky road' at times.
After suffering tragic miscarriages, Stacey and Joe welcomed their second child together into the world on 4 October 2021, Stacey's birthday, and shared a beautiful photo of their newborn daughter next to a rose with their fans shortly after the birth - revealing her name, Rose.
The former X Factor finalist is also mum to son Rex, three with her new husband Joe, as well as Zachary, 13, and nine-year-old Leighton from previous relationships. Joe shares his eldest child Harry, 13, with ex-partner Emma Sophocleous; the former couple split shortly after his birth.
"The blended family situation has been a rocky road,' Stacey explained on the podcast. "That has never been easy."
"We have always had to work really hard to make sure everyone feels secure."
She went on to reveal how her recent wedding, where her and Joe's four eldest son's made speeches, made her feel more reassured about her blended family and confessed the kind words from their children left her in floods of tears.
