St Patricks day is almost upon us and it looks like its going to be one of the biggest in Dublin yet as the second normal St Patricks day since the pandemic.
The theme this year is oneness and there are plenty of activities on across Dublin city and county over the bank holiday weekend for everyone to enjoy.
However, there may some last minute bits that you need to pick up and this year St Patricks day will be on a Friday which is the bank holiday.

Here are the opening hours for the main supermarkets this bank holiday.
Dunnes Stores
Every Dunnes Stores may have different opening hours but most stores will be operating off their Sunday hours which are 9am to 8pm.

Tesco
Most Tescos across Dublin will be open at their Sunday hours which are 9am to 10pm. It is possible that some stores in the city centre may be closed due to the St. Patricks day parade.

SuperValu
SuperValu will be trading at their usual Sunday hours which are 8:30am to 7pm. To find the opening times for your nearest SuperValu can be found here.
Aldi
Aldi will also be open during their regular Sunday hours which are 9am to pm this St. Patricks day.
Lidl
Lidl will be open 9am to 9pm on this bank holiday which is their usual Sunday opening hours.
