St Johnstone chairman Steve Brown will be standing down from his role at the end of May.
Brown, who took hold of the reins from father Geoff back in November 2011, said it has been an “honour” to be involved with the club and that the time was now right to make the decision.
The Perth chairman will officially confirm the news at the club’s AGM, which takes place on Friday afternoon.
