Tottenham midfielder Lucas Bergvall has left the Sweden national team camp early after suffering a setback in his recovery from a concussion.

The 19-year-old came off injured just seven minutes into Spurs’ 1-0 derby defeat to Chelsea two weeks ago after catching a pass in the face, subsequently missing matches against Copenhagen and Manchester United.
