Spurs kickstart Indian entry with tie-up with Bengaluru club

BENGALURU: Premier League club Tottenham Hotspurs on Tuesday announced a three-year partnership with rising Bengaluru Super Division club Kickstart FC in the presence of former stars and club ambassadors Osvaldo Ardiles and Ledley King here.

The former FA Cup Winners' first tie-up with an Indian club will see the Spurs provide technical support from their coaching team who will help Kickstart shape their training, curriculum, and footballing aspects. "We have come to India for the first time and the passion here is incredible. The talent is there, the infrastructure is there. So, we want to help take India to the next level," King, FA Cup winner and former England international, said.
