Sportsbet accused of pushing man to lose $2.5 million

A problem gambler who lost $2.5 million with betting giant Sportsbet says the company's failing safety measures led to him wagering money skimmed from his business to serve his addiction.

Max Eddine, 40, has lodged a lawsuit in the Federal Court claiming he is entitled to recover his mammoth gambling losses because the gambling giant broke consumer law.
