Does Sports Direct accept one4all?
Yes! Whether you are looking to buy a new pair of running shoes or upgrade your gym gear, you can use your One4all gift card both in-store and online at Sports Direct.
Note: One4all uses the Visa network, so you need to select Visa Debit and not Gift Card as your payment method. Simply enter the 16-digit card number, the expiry date, and the CVV using your own name and billing address.
Does Sports Direct have free delivery?
Sadly, no, unlike many major high street retailers, Sports Direct famously does not offer a permanent free delivery. Delivery costs £4.99 and takes 3-7 working days.
Does Sports Direct do click and collect?
Sports Direct does have a click & collect option which costs £4.99. This service takes between 3-7 working days to arrive at your chosen store. A nice benefit of click & collect is that you can receive a £10 voucher when your click & collect order value is over £100 which can be spent in-store.
What’s Sports Direct’s return policy?
If you’ve changed your mind about your order you can return it within 28 days of delivery. Make sure your order is unused, in its original packaging and sent with proof of purchase. Head to the returns section of the Sports Direct website, fill out the returns form and follow the steps. Once Sports Direct has received and assessed your order, a refund will be issued.
Are Sports Direct returns free?
No, returns to Sports Direct are not free. You have 28 days to return unwanted, unworn items, but you must pay the return postage yourself; you will be charged £4.99 for a returns label, which is automatically deducted from your final refund total.
Can I return a Sports Direct online order in-store?
No, you cannot. Orders placed online must be returned via their online returns portal. You cannot simply walk into your local high street branch for a refund.
This rule also applies to Click & Collect orders; even if you picked up the item in a store, it is still classed as an online order and must be returned via post.
