Michigan State football is looking to snag one of the top Division II receivers in their home state through the transfer portal.
The Spartans have extended a scholarship offer to Grand Valley State transfer wide receiver Jahdae Walker. He announced the news on Monday.
Walker led Grand Valley State in receiving last year with 30 receptions for 623 yards and four touchdowns. He is only a sophomore and has at least two years of eligibility remaining.
Michigan State is one of many power five programs to show interest in Walker. He has also recently announced offers from Colorado, Pitt, Illinois, Mississippi State, UConn and Texas A&M.
