Michigan State football is tapping into the Lone Star State for its latest recruiting attempt in the 2025 class.
Evan Young of Lufkin, Texas announced on Thursday that he’s received an offer from Michigan State. He announced the offer from the Spartans via the social media platform X.
Young is currently unranked on 247Sports. He is listed at 6-foot-0 and 180 pounds, according to 247Sports.
Michigan State is one of eight programs to offer Young, according to 247Sports. The other programs to offer Young are Louisana, Texas State, North Texas, UTEP, UTSA, Prairie View A&M and Texas Southern.
