Bayern Munich's first to offers for Sadio Mane have not gone down well with Liverpool's top brass and now another team has taken the opportunity to poke fun at the German champions.
The Reds are understood to be wanting to receive in excess of £40m for the 30-year-old Senegalese forward, who has one year left on his current contract but have been one of Jurgen Klopp's most important players throughout his successful Anfield rein. But Bayern's initial attempts to prize the AFCON winner away from Merseyside have been met with derision.
After rejecting an opening gambit of £21.5million plus £4milllion in possible add-ons, the Bavarian club returned with an 'improved offer' of £23.5million plus £6million in add-ons. That would not be enough for Liverpool to agree a deal, but it is the terms of the add-ons that has raised eyebrows.

In order to fulfil the conditions of the three year deal completely, Bayern would need to win the Bundesliga title and Champions League three times. But it doesn't end there as Mane could also need to collect three Ballon d'Or awards in the same period for a full pay out. Only one African player - George Weah - has ever one the prestigious individual award in its entire history.
Spotting an opportunity for some fun, Russian club Spartak Moscow Tweeted a mocked-up transfer request for one of their own players. It said: "Dear Spartak Moscow, we would like to make a transfer offer for your player, Alexander Sobelov. We're offer 1,000 euros up front with such included add-ons as: 10,000,000 euros if Bayern wins Eurovision, 15,000,000 euros if Manchester United wins a trophy, 20,000,000 euros if Lionel Messi joins Real Madrid. Kind regards, FC Bayern Munich."
The tongue-in-cheek Tweet has gone viral, with over 227,000 likes and 25,000 retweets. But while a deal for Mane to Bayern currently looks a million miles away, Spartak have done one of their own for a new manager. Former FC Basel boss Guillermo Abascal has been announced as the Russian club's new manager, with the Spaniard replacing Paolo Vanoli just 12 hours after his resignation was confirmed.
