Some parts of Spain have been hit with flash flooding, as holidaymakers are advised to keep up to date with conditions before travelling.
Much-loved holiday spots have been hit with heavy rain as Madrid, Murcia and Valencia have all experienced flash flooding after a period of drought, The Daily Record reports.
Flash flooding has turned streets in Murcia into rivers as buildings flooded and road closures have taken effect across southern parts of the country. Authorities battled to drain the streets as the extreme weather follows weeks of drought.
