SpaceX has successfully launched Starship, the world’s most powerful rocket, for the first ever time – before it disappeared.
Starship successfully took off from its launchpad and separated from the lower stage that was intended to carry it almost to orbit. But as it came to the end of its own engine burn, the signal from the spacecraft disappeared, presumably because it had exploded.
