Southport families urge reform as inquiry finds attack could have been prevented

The report into the Southport killings shows “devastating” failures and the need for urgent reforms, lawyers for the three murdered girls have said.

Southport killer Axel Rudakubana had “clearly revealed” he was an extreme danger and his attack on a children’s dance class “could and should have been prevented”, a public inquiry has found.
