A teacher who sent seedy sex messages to what he thought was a 13-year-old girl and was communicating with her from his classroom has been spared prison.
Maths tutor Sukhwinder Singh believed the person he was messaging on Snapchat was a schoolgirl called Chloe and asked her for pictures and made a series of lewd and disgusting comments to her. In fact it was a decoy profile set up by an undercover police officer.
Now 27-year-old Singh, of South Shields, whose career and relationship are in tatters, has been given a suspended prison sentence at Newcastle Crown Court after he admitted trying to communicate sexually with a child.
