A south London council is aiming to tackle the problem of e-bikes being abandoned on pavements by converting more than 130 kerbside car-parking spaces into bike parking.
Lambeth has signed a multi million pound deal with the capital’s three biggest e-bike firms that will require their bikes to be parked in designated bays.
