A south London council has been told its claim of frozen council tax for four years in a row has “the potential to mislead” taxpayers.

Earlier this year, the Labour-run Wandsworth Council claimed it was "freezing council tax for the fourth consecutive year" to maintain the "lowest council tax in the country".
