South Lanarkshire Council is cracking down on vandalism and anti-social behaviour.
The local authority’s Anti-Social Behaviour team and the Grounds and Maintenance team, who are responsible for the removal of graffiti, have set out to put a stop to the offensive behaviour.
Chairman of the council’s housing and technical resources committee, Councillor Davie McLachlan, called graffiti "unsightly," detracting from the "overall appearance of an area".
