Noem believes that Biden's emotional response and inability to accurately reference the country, president, conflict, and war in question only added to the worsened situation.
Noem also raised concerns about the upcoming elections, suggesting that the Democrats may attempt to replicate their actions during the COVID-19 pandemic by issuing emergency orders to conduct elections in their favor. She speculated that these emergency orders could include measures such as widespread mail-in ballots and the collection of ballots in unconventional places like Walmart parking lots. Noem believes that this could potentially help secure another election victory for President Biden.
